Great Food: Episode 10

It was back to basics this week with Rigatoni with Goat Cheese. Since we are busy getting ready for Ireland, we decided our meal this week had to be quick and easy.

And it didn't disappoint. First, you all know by now that I adore goat cheese---so it wasn't a stretch for us to love this dish.

It was super easy...1 lb. of RIgatoni, 4 oz of Goat Cheese, some fresh Paremsan and then mix in your ingrediants of choice.

We put sun-dried tomatoes, olives and fresh basil.

Nate did all the heavy lifting, so it sure seemed easy to me... :)

Ouch... granolas?!? I guess our next dish will have to be deer heart stuffed with chicken livers and washed down Blatz. Actually that doesn't sound half bad. Greta, what do you say we give it a try?

That's a negative Todd, do you know any fine establishments that would sell such a book? Greta put it on my list of things I want for Christmas!

A google search shows a plethera of places including good ol amazon.com. The book is Ted and Shemane Nugents Kill it and grill it. Good thing your father in law can shoot the face off a turkey...saves the meat ya know.
Happy cooking.
