This Week's Menu

So this week, our unplugged evening included Chicken Parmigiana and.....














Cucumber-Radish Slaw!! (YUMMY)













Nate and I seriously made a great team. I took care of the salad and he was all over the chicken...although next time we will definitely get the meat thermometer out for the chicken.

The "slaw" comes HIGHLY recommended from both of us. SO tasty, and so healthy. For those of you who rushed out and bought this cookbook to enjoy along with us, we didn't use the olive oil, and it tasted just as delicious.

need to work on a catch phrase for cooking. Rachel has yummo, Emeril has bam etc. looks good.
