Double bonus: it actually heats up amazingly, so killer leftovers for lunch.

The new favorite is: Grilled Tomato Linguine
We added some of our own flair the 2nd time we made it with grilled garlic (literally plopped an entire head of garlic still in the paper on the grill) and fresh basil. SO FREAKIN GOOD.
Then there was dessert. Blackberry and Ginger Trifleu
Also very good, but a word of warning, you need to like ginger. It was supposed to be made with pound cake, but we made it with Angel Food cake it keep it a little lighter.
Yum.

Hey grill master...peel the paper off the garlic, put them in some tin foil, drizzle with olive oil, add a little sea salt and roast til golden brown. Pop em down like candy! Way good eats...good gas too when combined with Grain Belt, as it should be when grilling...
