The 6-week fussies are real.
What I can't figure out is if the fussies are the week leading up to the 6-week birthday or are the week after the official date.
And I suppose it doesn't really matter because Bea was a bear last week, and is making nice with me this week, so I am going to go with the former theory.
The moby is out in full force. Music is blasting for the 'hoochie cooching' hours. And we are bringing out the big guns....the paci. And more importantly, I have my 'this too shall pass' attitude, which was no where to be found the first time around (probably because no one could possible talk me into the fact that it would actually pass).
So, wish us luck, and if you don't hear from us until next week, you now know why.
In related news, if anyone is interested in some cheap birth control, I have an infant I can lend to you for the next week.....

I don't need BC, but I would love to have some time with that baby and her Big Sister for a few days! I feel so out of touch with the Hanson Household:( Hope to see you soon!
So according to some FB post running rampant, 3 kids is the most stressful number of kids. But 4 equates to less stress or an easy breezier attitude. I could maybe kill two birds with one stone...(1) borrow Bea to have 4 kids on hand, which equals less stress and (2) borrow Bea to combat any urges to get pregnant again so i can prove out the "4 kids equals less stress" theory!
That little Bea can't cause any problems...:)))!!!!
Dad
Growing up we always had to watch the Waltons (you young kids will have to surf the web...). They had like eleventeen kids and seemed very non-stressed and happy. Time to get cracking??

Oh they are REAL. The 6 week fussies are no joke. For me they were like the 2 weeks prior to 6 weeks and the 2 weeks after. So it was more like the 4-8 week fussies. You can do it. You are right, it will pass.
